Penciled teams will not have access to hotels or their personalized booking link until the entry fee is paid in full. HOTELS WILL NO LONGER TAKE BOOKINGS OVER THE PHONE! Triple Crown’s SlumpBuster® has become a fixture on the youth circuit, entering its 23rd year as a tournament dedicated to building memories and bringing families together around the great game of baseball. More than 40 states from coast to coast send teams to Omaha in June for the opportunity to play unique competition and sharpen their skills for the summer campaign.
By playing in the SlumpBuster®, teams have an opportunity to attend a College World Series game. Triple Crown schedules the tournament so teams can make their way to beautiful Charles Schwab Stadium and watch the best Division 1 programs in the NCAA compete for a national title. Immerse your kids in the excitement, check out the activities downtown and see baseball how it was meant to be played!

Equipment: Bring 1 used and 2 new baseballs per game. Get your baseballs back after the game. All teams will receive 1 dozen baseballs at check-in.
Baseballs will only be distributed during check-in (Embassy Suites La Vista, NE, 12520 Westport Pkwy, 68128). Baseballs will not be handed out at facilities.

Drive note: Teams may play one hour away from Omaha on one day. 9u-12u teams will play in Greater Omaha/Council Bluffs (IA). 13u-14u teams may need to drive to Ashland, Fremont, and/or Syracuse. Bulk of games will be in Council Bluffs and Greater Omaha for all divisions.

SlumpBuster Philosophy: Score Early, Win Early, Stay Winning. If weather hits we may revert back to first Pool Play game or ½ of official game time for playoff seedings. We will give awards based off pool play seeding only in an emergency where games played without elimination finish due to inclement weather. The ultimate goal of the event is to play ball not “Crown a Champion.” Play to win every game!

11u-14u expected arrival and team check-in from 9am-5pm at the Embassy Suites La Vista (12520 Westport Parkway, La Vista, NE).
Purchase team/player merchandise.
Monday, June 16th
Pool Play begins for all teams 8am-4pm (2 games)
End of day - Seeding into playoff brackets
Tuesday, June 17th
Bracket and Elimination Play from 8am-4pm (Roughly half of teams will be eliminated.)
Wednesday, June 18th
Semi-Final and Championship Play 8am-4pm.
Championship games are scheduled for roughly 2pm but could be pushed back to 8pm or later if there is inclement weather.
Recommended day to depart Omaha.
Rain out games will NOT be rescheduled on Thursday.

Official Bat Signing Parties: Omaha SlumpBuster has joined forces with Spare Time Entertainment as the designated venue for our OFFICIAL bat signing parties! Contact Spare Time Entertainment today at (402) 378-9994 to arrange a unique team party experience while you're in Omaha. The ceremonial signing of the 10’ wood bat has become a tradition for players and coaches during the SlumpBuster. Join us on festival nights (Thursday, June 12th, and Friday, June 20th) for the "burning of the bats," a ritual aimed at "breaking the players' slump,” giving the SlumpBuster its iconic name. Players are also welcome to bring their own wood bats to toss into the bonfire!
During these Bat Signing Parties, your team can be part of a select group to leave their mark on the iconic 10' bonfire bat. Enjoy the excitement at Spare Time Entertainment in Omaha from June 10th to June 20th. Immerse yourself in the world of baseball and bring your competitive spirit and show off your skills on their luxury bowling lanes, featuring giant video screens and plush couches. Indulge in their drool-worthy food and drinks from the restaurant and bar (see packages below). Level up your gaming experience with a huge Game Zone arcade and gear up for heart-pounding battles in the thrilling laser tag arena.

Pin Trading: All teams are encouraged to bring their team pins for trading. Event will feature teams from across the country and will be a great opportunity to collect pins from various regions. Players from all ages will trade with each other, it's not limited to just your age group. You can trade pins before, after and in-between games during the event. NOTE: Every year the tournament experiences a great deal of pin trading. Thousands of small, plastic pin bags are left scattered around the park and take days to clean up. Please do NOT leave your pin bags on the ground! Remove your pin bags before arriving to the park.
CHECK IN: Sunday, June 15th, your team can pick up baseballs and purchase merchandise at the Embassy Suites La Vista (12520 Westport Parkway, La Vista, NE) from 9am-5pm. Players do not need to be present during team check-in. The Embassy Suites La Vista (12520 Westport Parkway in La Vista) will also be open from 9am-5pm the remainder of days.

The 2025 SlumpBuster is open to all teams, with no qualification required. During check-in, each team will receive 1 dozen baseballs and families can purchase items from our merchandise store.
Leave No Trace: Participants and spectators please keep the facilities clean by picking up your litter. Do not leave pin bags, food, drinks, lawn chairs, umbrellas or any other items at the facility. Respect the communities and facilities you play at by keeping them clean.
Miscellaneous: Please be prepared to start at 8am on the 1st day. See "Itinerary" for days to arrive and depart.
Drive note: 13u and 14u teams may play 1 HR away from Omaha on one day . 9u-12u teams will only play in Greater Omaha/Council Bluffs with possible overflow fields 45min - 1hr away (Depending on final team numbers). The bulk of play will be in Council Bluffs (IA) and Greater Omaha for all divisions.

A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations.
There are NO refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is SOLD OUT or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, cancelation up to 60 days prior to the event start date, a team may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus a 50% admin. fee. Lastly, cancelation 61 or more days prior to the event start date, a team may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus a 20% admin. fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
